The summer sun is beating down in New York City in full force, and it's important to remember to wear sunscreen daily.
There is considerable debate about which sunscreens are best, but there are a few non-negotiable points, in my opinion:
- make sure your sunscreen is SPF 40 or higher
- make sure your sunscreen contains a physical block such as titanium or zinc, and not just chemical agents
